Bidra med feedbackNice stylish restaurant. Good privacy (sufficient distance between tables). Classic dishes with a modern twist of herbs and flavors (eastern/ japan). One of the best restaurants during our round-trip in Spain. Excellent.
The food was excellent, fresh and well cooked and the service very cheerful. A tiny restaurant but well worth a visit. We had: sardinas con salsa de berenjena delicious subtle taste; rape (monkfish) con judías verdes very fresh fish; tarta de chocolate con helado de mango; flan de queso Idiazabel; agua mineral con gas €60.
We always wanted to try this place and finally did..it starts filling up by 2130 so try to be there by 2100 to grab a table and chair..otherwise standing room only. They have a taps menu but also specials for the day, so we first tried the poached eggs with codfish, Jamon and roasted cauliflower florets. Then grilled baby squid with a unique vinaigrette. The special of the day was a bonito fish in a sauce and the desserts. The desserts we OKish the tapas were really great. must try !!
Mejora mucho el ambiente el cambio de local. Cocina tradicional servida en generosas raciones donde se muestran las materias primas de temporada. Los sabores reconocibles y para mi es un punto muy positivo.
Merece la pena acercarse hasta La Cocina de Manuel. El restaurante en sí es súper agradable, tiene la zona de la entrada y un elegante salón al fondo con mesas separadas donde disfrutar de la experiencia. Pedimos las alcachofas, el micuit de pato y el ceviche, y los tres platos estaban de diez. Si a eso sumamos la selecta carta de vinos y la atención recibida hace de este restaurante un imprescindible de valladolid.
