La Sfoglia - Valletta

I don’t know where to start. Fantastic service! I don’t understand those reviews, which say bad service. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Even though the seats outside were all taken. The food was very delicious! Nice tuna tartar with basilikum as a starter. Also the mussels were tremendous! I highly recommend!

We stopped by for lunch in this reastaurant, and being people with really different taste we tried different food. All dishes were amazing. 5 star to the chef! Funghi porcini ravioli are something you won't find everywhere plus taste was so well balanced to perfection! Another not common dish in Malta was Schnitzel which was perfectly spiced, tender and pure joy to eat. Last but not least main course were sauteed calamari in sauce that my husband really enjoyed. Service was very fast and overall all was great. Will surely come again.

Really really good food here. I had the traditional Rabbit and my husband had the beef fillet. Delicious. Not a good selection of Maltese wines and I’m guessing the server was relatively new. But all round a very good meal.

Unbelievably fresh products! I had Prawn Tartar, which was heavenly, as well as Fried Calamari, which I would also highly recommend. I didn’t figure out the menu was two-sided and missed a main course I really wanted. Staff could have been a bit more attentive as well.

The food was brilliant. Argentinian steak was cooked to perfection. Service was really good. The ambiance in a tent on the street with plastic covers on tables was a bit tacky. But comb for the food and good service.
