Chong Garden - Valley Station

The food was neither fresh nor flavorful; it had a gummy texture. Additionally, the restaurant's overall cleanliness was disappointing. We would not recommend this place and certainly won’t be returning. What a letdown!

The sesame chicken combo is fantastic because they fry it with vegetables, enhancing the flavor of the dish. Even though I'm not a fan of the veggies, they definitely add a lot to the taste of the sesame chicken. The rice is slightly crunchy, but the egg rolls are the best I've had in Louisville, KY so far. They also prepare the meal fresh after you place your order, so it's always hot and tastes great. I've been there twice and plan to bring my mom next time, so I definitely recommend it—though I do miss Chicago's beef fried rice!

The food was absolutely awful; I couldn't even finish it. The chicken appeared to have been left out all day, yet it was served hot as if they had simply thrown some old, dry chicken into a saucepan. I was extremely disappointed. The only somewhat decent item was the egg roll we ordered alongside it. I would give this experience a 0/10 and definitely do not recommend it!

Food was great. Excellent quantity and quality. Reasonable prices. Very good service.

I placed an order online and I had my daughter pick the food up because I was getting ready for work. She gets home and the whole order is wrong. I ordered orange chicken combo with chicken fried rice and a small order of chicken Lo mein. I recieved Burbon chicken pork noodles looked to be cooked in soy sauce and fried rice. I called them and no one there knew how to speak proper English. I couldn't understand the man that answered at all bits and pieces of English and stuttering the whole time while trying to argue with me all because I didn't have time to go back before work for an exchange and I asked for a refund because clearly the mistake was on their end! I will never go back and wouldn't recommend anyone going there very poor service! I RECOMMEND CHINA DRAGON would have went there but they were closed today.
