Seeda Thai - Valley Stream

Today is Mother’s Day, and I drove two hours from New Jersey to visit this restaurant. When I called to make a reservation, the woman on the phone assured me that they had space available. However, upon arriving, I was told there was no room and that my name wasn’t on the reservation list! On Mother’s Day, no less! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff needs to improve their English and communication skills with customers. I cannot recommend this place due to the poor service. I would give them a negative one star—absolutely terrible!

I used to frequent this restaurant from 1999 to 2006, but life got in the way, and I didn’t come back for several years. I can’t believe how much I’ve missed it! The food is just as delicious as I remember, and the staff is truly wonderful. They’ve been nominated for several well-deserved awards over the years. You should definitely make a point to stop by!

Excellent Thai food. Freshly made and tasty. It's likely the best on Long Island. Anyone I have brought here said it was the best they've had!

4 start for the cleanliness and coziness of the restaurant, 2 star for the food, tasteless and bland. Expected better from a Thai restaurant.

I have eaten here several times in the past(prior to the pandemic) and the food was great, but today was not good. My food had spice heat, but not tasty. I love the Thai Ice Tea and spring rolls, but my entree was not a hit. I will eventually give them another shot.
