Sonic Drive-in - Valley Stream

The burger is large, but it’s quite soggy. The meat is cooked well. The fries are average.

It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I used Google Maps to find it. I placed my order at the drive-thru screen, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food and drinks arrived, especially considering I ordered a lot! Their cheesecake shake is absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning in the future. It's a great place overall.

I've always noticed these ads on TV and had been wanting to try the food. They were typically only located in New Jersey, but they finally opened two locations in Queens, and I happened to be in the area. I ordered double cheeseburgers, chili fries, and lemonade. The beef was actually seasoned, which is rare to find at a fast food joint. The fries held up well even with the chili on them. I also got an Oreo shake and mozzarella sticks for a friend, and they loved it. Lastly, I picked up a Snickers Blizzard for my sister. I’ll make sure to take pictures next time—I was too busy enjoying my meal!

I'm glad this was opened. Great food, great prices and the serving size is just right. Servers are on skates keeping it old school. You have to eat your parking space in your vehicle. Service is also quite fast.
