Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I found a hair in my mash potatoes I literally cried I was so upset I could not believe this I saw the horrible reviews about the customer service against my better judgment I went OMG every one there including the shift lead was very mean and didn't understand English very well I was so upset I kept explaining that I wanted my money back they kept insisting to make me another order I kept refusing no one was wearing hair nets such an Traumatic experience I wouldn't take my enemy to that Popeyes on Laurel Canyon and Magnolia,?

Horrible customer service cold French fries and chicken I addressed my issue with a lady who spoke terrible English and very rude about my complaint her name was Sandra supposedly the manager very unpleasant and unprofessional I would never step a foot back in that store.I would advise you to not got to that place!

Ordered online and didn?t have to wait long time in the line to pick up the order. But the food wasn?t fresh at all. The chicken sandwich was old especially the chicken piece. and the taste wasn?t good either.

Ordered the popcorn shrimp combo. And basically there was no shrimp. Literally just breading. I opened many of the pieces to find little or absolutely no shrimp what so ever.The side biscuit was extremely salty. I haven't had Popeyes for years and now I know why...because it is very disappointing.

CHICKEN SANDWICH FAKE-OUT! I don 't typically eat fast food, but I 've been craving one of those dang tasty chicken sandwiches. So, I ordered one from the drive-thru when I was passing by. When I got home, I found they had put 2 chicken strips on a bun and placed that in a chicken sandwich bag. Why not just say, we 're out of stock . The chicken strips were just ok, but the deception reeks of horrible mismanagement. I don 't even want to think about what other liberties they take in that kitchen, but a visit from the health inspector would probably be prudent. I reported the incident to corporate. Hopefully, they take it seriously. In any event, I 'll be avoiding this location from now on.
