Auberge Du Pont D'arc

Super good and at very affordable prices although they are alone on this magnificent arc deck site. the staff is super pleasant and efficient. the kitchen is at home with delicious local products. I recommend warmly

Already customers for more than fifteen years. When we want to spend a nice day, we go to vallon arch bridge, strolling in the village and our trip passes through the inn of the arch bridge and we are always happy to enjoy a good meal on the terrace and we are always well received. We're finishing our day with the throats of the dick. We recommend this establishment. booking is more prudent because this hotel is open than during the high and medium season.

Here twice on visiting the pont D’Arc. in view of its location opposite the arc, it is a very good lunch break, although foresight that it does not open until the stroke from midday. the ratio of employees to customers is low, so do not expect them fast. service, however it is a nice location to take their time and the staff is friendly and very competent. the chicken “kissen” with a rich sauce and the jam and melone are both excellent light lunch too reasonable. there are private parking spaces, but we never had problems parking in the proximate, free, public places so that we can enjoy the arc, river and beach (all very well maintained in the national park).

Stopped here after driving down the gorge road, had been told good things so thought we’d give it a try. We were quickly shown to a table, had to wait a little while to be given menus but it was a very busy lunchtime. Once...we had ordered food was quick and very good quality! Didn’t seem overpriced as you may expect in such a prime location. Staff where friendly, spoke enough English to get by. Private car park was also a plus. Would return! And have recommended to others

Felt so sorry for half of the staff, but unfortenately the dont stand a chance. I have not seen such a disorganized and bad managed restaurant in a long time. We were welcomed at the table, given menu's and then left alone for min....before we could order. Our drinks came fast but for our meals we had to wait a long time. When the food finally arrived, only the order of my dinner companion was brought. Apprently some ingrediënts were not available for my dish so they asked if it was Ok to replace them with other ingrediënts. Of course this was no problem, but usually you correct this before the food is served. Since the waitress guarenteed us it would only take minutes, we did not complain. Instead it took more then minutes before my food arrived and by this time my dinner companion was ofcourse almost finished with his meal because it got cold waiting for my food. Because of the delays when my food was brought out we asked for the bill immediately. After finishing my meal and waiting for another minutes, we still had no bill. After asking for it more times, standing up and clearly showing we where about to leave, it finally arrived. On a side note, the table next to us were finished with their meals when we arrived, and were still sitting at the table with their empty plates when we left. The half of the staff is very friendly, and tries real hard, but because the other half is so incompetent they don't stand a chance. They don't have a clear working structure which results in chaos on the dining floor. The Owner/Manager just stands around and doesn't lift a finger to help his clearly overwhelmed staff. Hopefully this was just a bad day for them because the food was actualiteit Ok for the price, but they got a lot to improve on communication between the staff and service.
