I order a Venti apple crisp oatmeal expresso shaken with 7 pump of apple brown sugar. The Oatmeal was cultured. When stirring up my drink all the white lumpy pieces are floating. And after getting another one made they used the same lumpy cultured milk. Instead of them changing it out the drive thru individual state the oatmilk does this if we don't shake it. I'm replied I'm vegan. This milk never does this unless it cultured. That means where ever your keeping it is to warm. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
