Circus Bistro - Vals-les-Bains

A little disappointed for this new visit to Cirque Bistrot.. An ardéchoise salad with 3 petals of bread cut from noon for an evening meal a foie gras served too cold and without blankets, sweet and fat homemade fries... Goodbye.

A beautiful and new address in Vals to be restored the days of Haiti 7/7 as in the evening. I enjoyed the vast outdoor terrace and the pro service of employees; The chimney tar is tasteful just like the tuna pile with its zucchini spaghetti and I revoke the chocolate mousse with its mango inserts accompanied by its sorbet fruit of passion!

Too bad I don't come on waltz any more. A perfect menu. Price of unbearable quality. Upstairs. I'll make a cure to eat there every day.

Friendly staff and impeccable service. Successful and sought after dishes. Excellent cocktails. We will return with pleasure.

The atmosphere is great, the terrace is beautiful and the staff in small care. We eat very well, good value for money. I strongly recommend the Circus Bistro to spend a pleasant time in Vals-les-Bains.
