Bidra med feedbackWe have often stayed in this hotel and have eaten so many times here in the last 10 years. but this time we were in another hotel, but decided to come back to the spa, followed by dinner in the restaurant. we are so glad that we have made the dining room beautiful, many nude stone walls, beautifully illuminated, with a beautiful view of the mountain. But what emphasizes, the quality of the food is better than ever. I had carpaccio di manzo with artichokes and rucola, which is a standard dish, but my quality it was delicious. all 6 of us loved our 3 courses and rated it as the best meal we had during our week in cervinia. the selection of broth with the meal was remarkable. also great wine selection with many great wines from the Aosta Valley as well as all italy, with good input from sommelier on taste options. there was a poor one of the employees to serve us to ensure that we had what we needed and take away everything smoothly. So, it cost a little more than we did in the other nights we stayed in cervinia, paid but not ridiculous compared to other resorts in the alps for such quality / experience. 400 € for 6 persons incl. 2 bottles of wine, cocktails before dinner.
