Donuts and kolaches are very good. This place has the slowest service from any donut shop I have visited. They either don't understand English or I don't speak English. The Weekend service is the worst. The young girl in the drive thru is very slow . They try to remember your order in English and it usually is not what you ordered or the quantity you wanted. Parking lot asphalt is a mess.

Extremely rude service paired with mediocre food. The staff scolded customers for their misunderstandings and refused to address mistakes without engaging in arguments with polite patrons. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in ownership, but my recent visits have all been disappointing. The overall atmosphere is quite hostile. From now on, I’ll be heading to Lindale for better food and service. Ratings: Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
