Subway - Van Buren

I?m done! I gave this place another chance after so many horrible experiences. The bread was so hard I couldn?t even eat my sandwich. Don?t waste your time going to this Subway, go to the Walmart location or cloverleaf. I never have problems there. Orjust go to Firehouse, it cost more but the quality is ALWAYS superb!

Food was good as expected; however it could?ve been better. Reason being it was not is because of the rude customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth. You can?t blame every customer for a drive thru back up.

Had problems with the website finally called to. Picked up in the car thru, slow service seen with only one person working. HOWEVER, the foot-long sandwiches were very good. Used again.

No Service! I waited in line at the drive-thru for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me. When I finally reached the order window, I encountered even more waiting. After not seeing or speaking to any employees, I decided it was a waste of time and left for Sonic instead. This was on June 3, 2022, at 1600 N. Plaza Dr., Van Buren, AR 72956.

This restaurant has the best metro location in the area. It’s really impressive, and they even have a quiet space dedicated to Pow/Mia. Great job, Subway!
