Starbucks - Van Nuys

Don't be intimidated by the long line it moves quickly. Love these cookies, but be careful if you're allergic to peanuts. My son is allergic to peanuts and has a scratchy, throat allergy when eating vanilla ice cream cookie sandwich as they make peanut butter cookies on site.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.They clean the place out very well. It acts as a hangout for teenagers specially in the late afternoon and evening. Despite the store becoming a restroom stopover for some, their toilets are clean and well-maintained. They have outdoor tables and seats however I never saw someone using it even in the evening. Must Try: strawberry acai tea

What can I say about Starbucks well usually I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and I welcome which is encouraging if you're in doubt of anything on the menu and you want to stay and ketosis get the 50/50 nitro cold brew no water one Splenda one stevia splash a heavy cream shaking not stirred 5.25 great value!!!!!!

Ordered on uber eats, messed up entire order. now have to come into the store with a terrible cold to pick up food.

Completely disgusted with the low level of customer service and urgency. First and last time I will ever go back to that location. Super slow and super unprofessional!
