Always upbeat and energetic.. caramel blonde large with whip cream.

Lady who served me was rude! Me and my daughter were shocked by her attitude. I usually don’t write reviews but wow, all because we were confused on what to order. Talk about unfriendly, will not be coming back.

Flavored energy drinks were gross. Dumped them both. Tasted like a cup of vitamins and food dye... I shouldn't have been shocked. This one's on me.

Very friendly and convenient Black Rock location fairly close to downtown. I received great service from the two baristas working on a weekday afternoon, readily willing to upgrade my free drink a size without me even asking. The drinks are pretty standard here compared to any other location of the same name, which means there are some hits and misses, but they're pretty reasonably priced compared to other coffee franchises.

I come here every morning atleast 4 times a week on my way to work. the staff is absolutely amazing!! the last 2 weeks have been a horrible experience though. the espresso machine and grinder haven't been working for the batistas so they have to pull atleast 30 shots to get good ones. if you can't get these baristas proper equipment to work with you are going to lose alot of loyal customers and amazing staff members. please do better for your employees!!
