Grays Restaurant Bar - Vancouver

We had breakfast here after our stay at the Hilton. I ordered an omelet that was made to order, and it was of excellent quality with a generous portion. It contained sweet peppers and ham. The service was professional and quick. I have no complaints at all!

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was for a hotel restaurant. My omelette was delightful, and the fruit on the side was fresh and perfectly ripe. The roasted potatoes were nicely seasoned, and our server was both friendly and efficient. Our coffee arrived within a minute. The prices are reasonable, and the ambiance is beautiful. I would definitely like to return.

Grays is a fantastic competitor among the top restaurants on the Vancouver waterfront and throughout the Columbia area. The service, food, menu selection, and atmosphere are all outstanding. I highly recommend Grays to everyone!

We went for a date night during 'dine the couve' and had a great time. the short nativity that was great on the special three cure menu! we went for a few items not on the fixed menu as well as the mais and half the bun. make it with a delicious dessert: salted caramel cookie.

Wow. Even if you're a local and NOT travelling, you should come to this restaurant in the hotel and have the short ribs and the White Peach Southside cocktail. Unbelievable flavor. Great service too!
