Ben Gong's Tea - Vancouver

Order of uber often, the drinks only over and only half cup left. it often happens. We understand that accidents can happen and we ignored so many times. we checked the lid that was not sealed very well with the large opening hole. please use them adhesive tape to seal the hole before they output the online order.

I felt like I was being rushed at Ben-Chow after Ben-Gong. I was the only customer there and had to wait 15 minutes for just 2 drinks. The cashier seemed a bit distracted, even though I could clearly see the drink names on their menu above. On top of that, the drinks were almost $10 each.

The service was bad, the girls were more interested in chatting with everyone else than the orders. I asked about sugar beads extra charge, she forgot them and when I told her she put in a table spoon of regular pearls. the tip of the caramel cheese should be caramelized and it hardly turned the sugar brown. the drink was lacking in taste and was more like drinking a cup 2 milk, it also separated almost immediately. for the almost 11 for a little it wasn't worth the money that ever. the small place on the corner of the 17. had much better prices and the drinks looked amazing. the talks with the customers outside were very happy and had been there for years. next time I go there. they skip this place that it is not worth at all. Note: there are nuts in this drink that is not listed. I'm lucky I don't have a bad mother allergy, but it was supposed to be listed.

The restaurant had a nice cup, but the drink was rather bland. I ordered a mango slam and received mango cheese instead.

First time to try this store.Ordered Dahongpao brown sugar pearl milk tea. Tasted like I drank a whole cup of heavy cream and the pearls are too soft like over cooked. Not my place to go for bubble teas.
