Robba Da Matti (yaletown) - Vancouver

Highly recommended, warm hospitality and awesome Italian dishes. Price and portion is good as well. One of my first choice when I around Yaletown and looking for a dinning place with friends and my partner. (It’s a popular restaurant, so some of the indoor seating could be relatively tight with winter outfits, but patio seating are fine.

They were very accommodating to our big party. The servers were amazing! They were patient and checked in on us an appropriate amount. Great communication!

The food was good but not great. There was an issue when we got there about how asking for patio dining on Open Table didn’t mean we’d get it. Also a little crowded for COvid, with some kids running around (not the restaurant’s fault perhaps, but they did put that party at a smaller table).

We loved the food. Everything was delicious. Service was prompt. We chose the ‘Date Night’ combo that included 2 apps, 2 mains, 2 desserts and choice of red or white bottle of wine. Only negative was that when it came time to choose our dessert they only had a single serving of the creme brûlée dessert left. We were not offered a reduction in cost of package but rather given 2 limoncellos (which we didn’t really want). If you have ordered a combo package at the beginning of the evening then I would think desserts should have been set aside. Not a huge deal but just disappointing.

Such a great spot for dinner! Went for our anniversary dinner and could not have asked for a better spot. Amazing food and the service was so genuine.
