Sushi Aji - Vancouver

The food is incredibly well-priced, with three selections available for just $14.25—likely the most affordable sushi combo you'll find in Vancouver. However, since the pandemic, the portion sizes have decreased significantly. If you're fortunate, you might even catch the servers gossiping about you in Cantonese.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Sushi Aji so far. I really love their combo options. I've only tried the vegetarian sushi, but my friends highly recommend the Alaska roll and prawn tempura. The service is outstanding, and the staff is friendly and reliable. I would happily come back here any day for sushi!

The food at this restaurant is amazing, but it feels like they are lacking staff. Our server appeared to be overwhelmed and was hurrying to deliver the dishes, which made it difficult to get their attention for things like serving plates or water.

I've been visiting this restaurant for five years, and the food is outstanding! While the service isn't always top-notch—some days are better than others—the staff consistently deliver your food and fulfill your needs with kindness. And no matter what, the food always tastes incredible.

On a positive note, the food was outstanding and truly some of the best in town. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly disappointing—the worst I've ever experienced. I felt the need to write this review while still at the restaurant, which speaks volumes about my experience.
