Eating was amazing and freash, I and my girlfriend usually go and eat sushi 1-2 times a month try new places every time that is now our favorite place. Sushi was always coming it never ran we were here at 13:00 right after lunch rush place saw super clean sushi was on point, sushi selection was good with the hot side. Sushi area always came new and fresh, so there was no moment when an empty sushi place or old dried. Hot dishes were very good and always kept fresh. The price for two people is 41€ on Saturday and I wouldn't mind paying for the variety of good food!
We love the selection and quality of food here, but I lower my previous rating of 5 to 2 stars because they increased prices and children prices twice in the last 6 months on the weekend. While most competitors, for example Hao King Sushi at Dixie in Tikkurila, charge 1 Euro per year old, so if Urkind is four Y.o., calculate €4), at Osaka they charge 10 €. Also, while adults pay around €17 at Hao King, at Osaka an adult pays around €21. While the difference is much for adults, it is much for children, so the combined difference to 50% more at Hao 1 adult 4 yo child €20, while at Osaka, it will be €30. This is quite a big difference, and do not expect any special treatment even if you have almost every weekend in the last two years. Yes, Osaka has no loyalty program. Also they never give price changes in front of hand, but you only find out when you are there. I think they have increased prices because they have a problem of remnants. Some people leave many remain damaged) and instead of managing find a way to deal with it, e.g. give refunds for those who do not let more than say) half a plate of remnants, they decide to increase prices and all pay for the problem. I find that too salomonic and a kind of lack of business. Too bad the place has great potential. There are also a few employees who use better manners and friendly and smiles for customers. But in general they are very nice. All this question with price means that instead of 3-4 times a month we only go once and give our money to other fair restaurants in the area. Proposal for Osaka: Find a better way to get with some customers as just overloaded children, and consider a loyalty program where frequent customers feel rewarded, not abused. Thank you.
