Themed restaurants can be hit or miss. Sometimes they're a little too niche, and sometimes they're a little too tacky. Drawing the line between too subtle and too over the top is tough.<br/ We recently visited this car themed restaurant and bar named Car Oh Bar!<br/ Here as you enter one can spot various number plates. Also the seating area includes car seats instead of the typical chairs or sofa.<br/ Talking about the dishes we tried.<br/  • Malai chicken tandoori very different from our usual Masala tandoori ,not at all spicy but slightly on the sweeter side with loads of butter.<br/  • Chicken Juicy Steamed chicken bao's topped with cheese.<br/  • Pardha Chicken Tikka biryani packed with Hyderabadi flavours this was by far the best biryani that we have come across in the recent times<br/  • Sizzling brownie walnut brownie served with Mango icecream ,an unusual combo but a delicious one.<br/ <br/ Overall <br/ Food 4/5<br/ Service 4/5<br/ Cleanliness 2/5<br/ Ambience 4/5<br/ <br/

A local restaurant bar turned into a nice lounge with good lights and ambience in Chembur called car oh bar. The name comes with their theme which has car type seats to sit. Tried the Chinese starters here which was good. They also have happy hour now. And also they seem to have stand up comedy shows coming up which is new in Chembur

After an impromptu visit at my cousins in Chembur, decided to drop in at Car Oh Bar for sometime.<br/ <br/ Located near Ashish Theatre, on the outside it looks like a small place but once you enter, you get a different feeling altogether.<br/ <br/ The ground floor has regular seating while the main lounge seating is upstairs. The whole upstairs looks like you are in a car. On the way upstairs, the stairs have different number plates from different places. There are literally car seats for sitting and the decor is related to car.<br/ <br/ Its been a few months since its opened and they are starting with happy hours soon. But they do have a few discounts going on now which you should check out.<br/ <br/ They have a long ramge of cocktails and mocktails but we stuck to beers.<br/ <br/ For the food, we could just try one item because of lack of time.<br/ <br/ Dry Manchurian :<br/ <br/ Very nicely prepared, I had asked for it to be spicy and it was. Manchurian was cooked well and the gravy was semi dry. If you are craving for typical chinese, this is the place to go.<br/ <br/ Drinks and chinese food are best combinations.<br/ <br/ The service is very quick, staff is good and attentive.<br/ <br/ Parking can be a bit risky so check before parking. 2 wheeler is alright but no place for a 4 wheeler near the pub.<br/ <br/ Surely a place I'm gona visit if I'm in Chembur again..

A themed lounge fine dine based on cars with a unique style of seating arrangement. Their walls are decorated with stuffs related to cars. Their cuisine has a variety of food items starting from Indian, Italian on on. Their cocktail are LIT.<br/ <br/ Location Kamal rubber compound, opposite Ashish cinema, Mahul road, Chembur, Mumbai.<br/ <br/ Ambience Ambience is attractive with car seat seating arrangement. Walls are equally decorated. Perfect lightings which gives you a good lounge feel. Great to chill. They also have a fine dine area. Dj' plays some foot tapping numbers.<br/ <br/ Food quality quantity wise I would definitely rate it 5/5. Menu is reasonably priced. Loved their mocktails cocktail, which have a proper proportion of alcohol juices.<br/ <br/ Service polite supportive staff. Service was good.<br/ <br/ All in all, I would say it's fun to be there once again.<br/ <br/
