The food is excellent at Dragon Palace! I haven't found a Chinese restaurant that I like better for the price. The chicken is nice and bite size, no fatty hunks of chicken or something you think is chicken. The service, however, is deplorable. You wait forever for a waitress, that is usually why I call in for take out. However, as I'm trying to call right now, I can't get through to place an order. Now that is ridiculous!
FOOD IS JUST OK BUT THE SERVICE SUCKS! MY HUBBY AND I WENT THERE AND THE WAITRESS TOLD US TO SEAT OUR SELF WITCH WAS FINE BUT AFTER 25 MIN. SHE NEVER CAME BACK WITH WATER LET ALONE TO TAKE OUR ORDER..
Whenever I spend time with my daughter, I have to order the sedative chicken—it's simply the best! Although I live about an hour away, I always look forward to it. The portion sizes are generous enough to share or save some for the next day! I know that my daughter and my older daughter go to Red Dragon at least once a week!
I called the restaurant on Friday at 4 PM, and the person I spoke with was not very friendly. The restaurant was closed at that time.
