Chipotle Mexican Grill - Vaughan

My recent visit was quite disappointing, highlighting several areas for improvement:Chipotle Bowl Inconsistent Meat Portions: The most glaring issue was the inconsistency in meat portions. While waiting in line, I noticed others receiving more meat than I did. When I politely asked to match it, I was told it's standard, though it clearly wasn't the case. Overwhelming Hot Sauce: The excessive amount of hot sauce added to my meal made it nearly unbearable to eat. It's important to strike a balance between flavor and heat. Bean Trouble: Adding beans turned into a mishap. The excessive bean gravy made the rice overly mushy, detracting from the overall experience. Ambiance Woes: The dining area's ambiance left much to be desired. Uncovered garbage bins positioned near tables where people were supposed to sit and eat was far from appetizing. Cutlery Shortage: A fundamental need like cutlery was in short supply at the stations, requiring repeated requests to staff for replenishment. Comparative Disappointment: Having enjoyed pleasant experiences at other Chipotle locations, this particular visit fell significantly short of expectations. I regret to say it didn't even come close to the quality I've come to associate with Chipotle.

I been to Chipotle tuns of times before and had tons of issues with them today. I first tried to order a quesadilla but then two co workers didn’t seem like they know what they were doing and was like going back and fourth with each other then I decided to get a chicken bowl because it would be less harder. Then when I ordered my bowl they barely gave me any topping as I even ask for extra of corn,sour cream,salsa,and cheese and he was stating that he already gave me but he didn’t and I did not want cause a scene but he did not give me extra when I asked and it was the two that were working the line today at night were not good at all and need more training and were not very friendly. I will go back to chipotle just not this one.

Love Chipotle, I always order the chicken burrito bowl (I'm slightly addicted! ? The restaurant is clean and the service was good. There's also a Fortino's close by along with a few other stores and restaurants as well. Check it out, hope your experience will be as good as mine was. ?

Polite staff with Quick service. They do maintain a good hygiene and respect the religious sentiments of vegetarian customers. Although, they only have only a couple of curries that are non-vegetarian but other than that its completely vegetarian friendly.Vegetarian options: Our always go to order is Veggie Rice Bowl.

You truly can’t go wrong with Chipotle. One of my favourite fast-food restaurants. The servers were very generous with the portions and all the ingredients tasted fresh and seasoned. A classic!
