Great smoothies and salads! I usually order the essence chop. Presentation is really pretty and colorful but most importantly it’s SO delicious. Their PB&Jam and Pick Me Up protein shakes are one of my favoirites! If you like nutty/ peanut butter flavours then these are the best to order. I’m not to sure how to spell her name but one of the ladies that works there Erenee/ Ayrine) is always so sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable about their food products. Thank you for a great experience !

This is the ultimate spot for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious, healthy meal that is also vegan. The bowls, wraps, and smoothies are all absolutely delicious. I can't get enough of coming back here!

I would always go to this place for their açai smoothie bowls and they would always be fresh, but today when I had purchased two açai bowls they were both frozen and tasted just like the ones you buy in the frozen food section, at Costco or Target. Even the fruit toppings were frozen. A total rip off to say the least!! As it is quite pricey and we didn't even eat it.

The food was delicious and they have great service. Loved every second of my experience at Essence Bristo.
