Gourmet restaurants at a very high level (on a par with meelin restaurants). a wine card with excellent choices and the best view over the forest and the entrance of vejle.

Fantastic kitchen in a great place! happy! I felt like eating in a Michael Star restaurant. nicolaj and his team are talented. the service is perfect. safe, I come back!

Some of the most tasteful dishes they ever come, while an aesthetic presentation and a playful ton in texture and temperature. I have nothing but the administration for koch bryan and his team.

Food was quite tasty, but nothing special. Champagne was served in a white wine glass, which in my opinion is not possible in an upscale restaurant.

Worth a visit The extreamly beautiful food, the wonderful wine and the stunning views makes this restaurant worth a visit. If the place once earns a Michelin star I would not be surprised as the flavours are strong, bold and balanced and the details of each dish is perfect. The only downside is that the portions are very small and I barely got full. I doubt that a man would feel satisfied after the meal. Regardless this I would come again as the overall experience was very nice
