Ciao Gelato - Venice

The experience has really declined. They no longer offer samples of their ice cream; at least other places usually give you three samples (some even offer unlimited). The three flavors I tried were bland and tasteless. It’s the first time in my life I've ever thrown ice cream away! The employees also seemed to have a very somber attitude, almost like they were attending a funeral.

The gelato here is fantastic! My only issue is the overwhelming number of Glade plugins under every table—they're quite overpowering and not very pleasant to breathe in. It would be great if you could find a different way to keep the place smelling nice.

The gelato is amazing! The peanut butter is to die for! What a sweet gem to find on a hot summer day. It beats ice cream, for sure!! Service was wonderful, too!! Dietary restrictions: Almost all of the gelato is gluten free!!!

Delicious gelato that reminds me of Italy! And great service.

Always a stop when I’m in Venice! Best coffee on the strip.
