Best Western Plus Boomtown Casino

We enjoyed our stay in Boomtown. Our room was very comfortable and well maintained. Had a little problem and it was treated within minutes, thanks to Jessie. decided to stay one more night and had no problems adding the night. I'm sure you stay here.

I traveled for business and had a few extra days to relax. Unfortunately, the hotel service was terrible! The staff was friendly, but during my 8-day stay, my room was never cleaned. I had to request towels and place my garbage outside the door myself. The room itself was fine—not the cleanest, but definitely not the worst—though it was small, especially the bathroom. I stayed in a king room with a view of the indoor pool. On the plus side, the hotel's location is excellent! Since I'm not a casino person, I appreciated being close to several state and national parks, which meant I spent very little time in my room.

Boomtown is a solid casino overall. It's a great place to take kids, featuring a large arcade and some enjoyable rides. The food is tasty, and the return-to-player rates on the machines are reasonable. The gaming machines are comfortably spaced, allowing for a pleasant experience. Additionally, there are hiking trails nearby along the Truckee River, making it a nice daytime activity.

Absolutely LOVE this place! They have very talented bands that play and they give very generous offers for their club members... Not to mention, no resort fee! I get a room here at least 1 times a month and will go on forever. The people who work here are mostly very pleasant and respectful.

Make sure to stay here during your trip to Reno—it's much better than being downtown! This property is simple yet beautiful, featuring lovely views. The staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent. The casino is great for families and has a fun center. The steakhouse is fantastic as well. They also have an RV park. I highly recommend checking it out!
