Ca Del Re - Verduno

Very pleasant restaurant with good service, nice atmosphere, wonderful venue. Worth visiting I would say.

We were really looking forward to our last dinner in Barolo and it was 200 meters from our agriturismo; so really local. It was jazz live music evening so even better! What did not disappoint was the surroundings, good weather and charming but slow service (15 minutes to get a bottle of wine served). The food was really mixed. Rabbit, ragu and ravioli were good but bread, cheese and mixed started still had some distance to go to meet the local standards. The wine menu was very limited (to the house’s own production) which was disappointing.

All our dishes were amazing. And their own wines are great. A fantastic dinner in a very beautiful room.

Beautiful elegant room with few well defined tables. the king's house greeted us with the beautiful fireplace lit after the interesting visit to the cellars of the castle. we opted to match their wines very good to the dishes cooked as traditionally with a hint of innovation. excellent service and generous truffle grater. highly recommended local.

We were guests for days in this beautiful structure, built by an ancient farmhouse, in the heart of the lands of the barol, famous for its view with a view that extends over the entire territory. everything perfect, strongly recommended structure. the structure is very beautiful, for those who want there is also a pool with breathtaking views; important the possibility to dine on site (open under a big cherry, if the weather allows,) since the village is small and the restaurants are only or we will return!
