Daily Chocolate - Vergennes

One of my friends brought me a box of daily chocolates for my birthday. each piece is carefully made, handmade and extremely tasty.

The shop is charming. Friendly, attentive service and the chocolate is delicious, unusual, and wonderful. I visit in the summer, and in winter order online and am very popular when the box arrives! I hesitated to try the lemon lavender because it is white chocolate which I usually don’t like, but now it is my favorite: subtle, unusual, wonderful. I always order midnight mocha, toffee almond, lemon lavender, mrs great bark and some new ones. I have ordered from them for years and the quality is excellent and not as sweet as most others. Dangerously delicious!

Oh, my God, her chocolate is amazing! I have a big sweet tooth and hold on a LOT chocolate shop. I can say without hesitation that this is the best chocolate I've ever had. The caramellows and rumcaramels should die. I love how they really make unique articles. It is extra special knowledge that everything is done right there in the store with love and care. Many chocolate shops no longer make most of the products in the store and only work on some flashy items such as fudge and candy. This place is the real deal. You need to visit them while you go through town.

While biking from Middlebury to Basin Harbor we saw the sign for Daily Chocolate. It came highly recommended so we parked the bikes. Chocolate is a superfood, after all. Sadly, it was Monday and they were closed. As we readied to ride away, hoping to return later in the week,, a gentleman came out with samples for us, staving our disappointment. Chocolate (and kind people) to the rescue! Be sure to stop by on your way through Vergennes, VT. This was seriously some of the best chocolate and service!
