The service was awful and the food was all burnt. Everyone working except the guy taking our order was rude.

Got an amazing butter pecan iced coffee and very friendly service.

Wow I have to give today only 5 stars for Alyssa on the route 60 location, she went over and over customer service and saved the day for me with a wee 4 month after a long day of shopping I couldn't find my debit card and she took care of me out of her own pocket! Wow I never had anyone so nice in a drive thru before! I needed it today! Thanks girl I will be back to pay it back and pay it forward I promise!!! Go to Dünkin for such a wonderful staff!!

This location can be quite inconsistent. At times, the food and drinks are enjoyable, while other times they fall short. The staff tends to be quite rude; it would really surprise me to receive a smile or a kind word when I place an order or pick up my food. They recently disabled mobile ordering due to being "understaffed," yet each time I visit, I notice five or six employees, and none seem to work with any sense of urgency. I've dined at other locations with fewer resources, and they manage to be more consistent and welcoming. I hope DD Vermilion can improve.
