There is an absolutely lovely lady that works here, I had the pleasure of having her help me around 3:45pm today. She’s in training, but she did an amazing job and is absolutely a delight to be around and does a great job!!! She helped me with fixing the coffee machine!! Thank you! It was a great experience stopping for a coffee and some gas on our way to Edmonton!

Absolutely FABULOUS service! Above and beyond! Clean store. 3 of us stopped here. Each staff greeted each one of us individually! One staff even made a point of giving me options to select from when she realized the item I wanted was not in stock. She was amazing! We ended up late for a meeting in Lloyd due to her being so amazing and helpful! LoL Thank you Thank you THANK YOU for making our pit stop absolutely awesome! ? We will always stop here when traveling this way! ?

Worst service ever. Nobody working in the store . 3 employees outside smoking cigarettes. Dirty store . I left without a purchase.

Recently my sons car broke down in the 7-11 parking lot. Due to weather we could not get it towed until Monday morning. (He broke down Saturday after 3:00 pm). The manager had his vehicle towed. He was not parked in front of that business. Unfortunately he did park in a handicapped zone that was only mark under the snow. The manager was very rude.We will not be visiting this 7-11 again and will remind our friends and family of this. Tough to due business where management is rude

Terrible customer service. Told the lady the gas pump wasn’t working thinking they possibly didn’t know. Her response was “yeah, it’s cold out. You wouldn’t be working either.” It’s -20. All other pumps are working.
