Mcdonald's - Vermilion

Disappointed time and again!! So unbelievably rude, threw my order on the counter acted annoyed I put them out? they were all visiting in the back not a person in sight! Filthy bathroom, toilet paper all over , dirty floors, filthy mirror .I have been toa lot of McDonald?s around Canada ,Never ever this BAD anywhere!! I see many bad reviews and should know better but whentravelling through on highway 16 and hungry?. I?ve been there probably 4 times since opened and had a bad experience each andevery time. They do make their own rules and refuse to make the customer happy. One time travelling through with a friend westopped to get burgers? asked for extra cheese which brought the total from $18 to $33 . Told them to forget it and drove to TimHortons . The manager says they make their own rules and don?t care what we can get at other locations when I asked why theywouldn?t give a basic order I requested. Someone is artificially inflating their reviews and I think it?s about time corporatehears all about this location. Unfortunately this app does not allow 0 stars

Most disappointed. Several times I order just coffee, and my coffee sits on the station for over 5min have even had it go cold before I got it. All they have to do is take 3 more step and set it up front so I can grab and go. I have even asked staff togive me coffee and they refused because they are on drive threw even though no one there and they just talking. My semi truckwon't fit threw the drive threw so I have no choice but walk it for service. I just don't under stand the screen tells them ifthe coffee is the only thing that was order so why can't they just give the person the coffee why make them wait until it's coldwhen there is no other food or anything to go with it. Most insulting.

As someone who is on the road alot, I've been to slave lake,spruce grove, st albert, locations and they all have no issue finding the sausage mcmuffin meal, but this location its never been a meal and of course no receipt, please train the staff

24hr on the side of the building but closed at 10pm. What a joke this place is. Thank god 7/11 is across the street and they dont false advertise.

I have been here 4 times now. I special order every time. These kids get it right every time! My food looks like the commercials. It tastes great, like it should. Best McDonald's I've ever been to(not including McDonald's from 80s and 90s). I'mnot even from here. I just travel, and this place i get off the highway for. Update.. .... 5 times now they still get itperfect! good job guys.
