Papa John's Pizza - Vernal

Lol don't even bother ordering they just shut off online ordering and refuse to serve customers that call in. Customer service there gets a 0. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I got there to pick up my pizza a little bit early. They hurried and got it done ahead of schedule because they didn't want me to have to wait.Parking: The location is in a line of stores along a busy street. It wasn't terrible getting parking but it wasn't easy either. Plan on walking a little way.

Every time we pick up a pizza from this location it is delicious. Staff are friendly. Never any excessive wait times.

Forget using the online system....reason being this. Online order was made... delivery system was screwed. The driver calls me from Orem. Not happy. Wasn't charged.Called the Vernal UT location directly. Placed my order. The driver calls me over my estimate time of delivery saying he was at 300N 350W something to do with Vernal UT.Called the location. Got a smart mouth punk kid on the phone. Wasn't having it. The address was simple. Even stated the nearest major Vehicle sales lot......didn't help. This little puke of a pizza sales manager stated we rely on Google maps and it came up different as you stated....?! Really bro....I mean really....and if it can't be pulled on Google maps...they won't deliver......hmmmmmmmm.......Good to know that these fks don't even know how to operate the NSEW system Utah is based off. What a joke.

Ordered 2 pizzas last night. Waited over 30 minutes for delivery. Finally there was a knock on the door but the delivery person said he was there to pick up pizzas. They delivered our order to another house and we're going back to pick it up and we're going to deliver it to us then. Gross!!!! Used to order pretty frequently but never again
