Bourbon Street And Grill - Vernon

My partner and I recently visited this restaurant, eager to try something new. The staff, especially our waitress, were fantastic, and the desserts were truly impressive. However, we were let down by the portion sizes in relation to the prices. I ordered the salmon, expecting it to be served with potatoes and vegetables, but instead received just four small potatoes and overcooked spinach with olives. The flavor was wonderful, but the portions were lacking. My partner chose the prime rib, which came with a tiny piece of corn—barely a couple of bites—and a similarly small Yorkshire pudding, which is typically much larger at other restaurants. While I’d consider returning for dessert and the nice atmosphere, I don’t think I would come back for a full meal.

We have dined here several times, and each experience has been wonderful due to the fantastic ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food. I love this place, and we will definitely come back!

Despite this initial hiccup, I must say the ribs I tried were fantastic, and their wine selection was exquisite. The quality and flavors of the food truly impressed me. What stood out even more was the outstanding service provided by both the owner and my waitress (whose name escapes me). Their dedication to resolving the situation and ensuring my satisfaction left a strong impression. Even with the rough start to my evening, I would happily return to Bourbon Street Bar and Grill the next time I'm in Vernon. The excellent service, delicious food, and the genuine efforts made by the staff have earned my appreciation and trust. I am confident that any future visit will be met with the same level of attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Lovely atmosphere, fabulous staff, and the food was exceptional ? ?, I enjoyed their Prime Rib served Fridays.

Dinner an excellent musical show.We'll be back many times.Also, fresh or cooked oysters are brought in. Every Thursday night has a musical act to enjoy.
