Bidra med feedbackPrice at this McDonald's is higher than others, they're always out of bbq sauce and sodas, literally you walk in from time to time and they tell you they have no sodas yet expect you to pay normal price for a combo
Avoid this McDonald 's... Not worth your time and disappointment... Came to have a late lunch at this McDonald 's on the corner of Soto Street and 37th Street. There are chairs and cushioned seats on top of tables preventing customers from sitting down todine-in. The fountain drink machine is covered up. Fountain drinks are provided behind the counter. There are signs posted everywhere there are No Refills , and apologize for the inconvenience. There is consistent water drops dripping above the cashregisters. Does not look good for business. My order of medium fries were soggy not crisp. I did return the fries for freshcrispy ones. To my disappointment, which is my reason for coming to eat here. My large order of Coca Cola was flat with no gas.Looking at my receipt I was charged $1.88 for my large drink. I did ask when did the $1 change occur, the gentleman behind thecounter said last week. I mentioned to him how come this was not advertised. McDonald 's has always advertised their changes. Thegentleman behind the counter just said they just took off the $1 soda drinks without any notice.
I ordered five deluxe breakfasts, and they didn't include any butter or syrup. I shouldn't have to ask for these condiments; it seems like a given to provide syrup with breakfast.
On another note, someone should inform the rude male employee from a previous visit that McDonald's does in fact have mochas. I initially rated my experience with just one star due to his unhelpful attitude when I asked for a hot mocha. He responded in a condescending tone, saying, “We do have mochas,” which prompted me to leave without placing an order. As for the restaurant itself, the dining area is quite small and dimly lit. Additionally, the parking lot has limited spaces and there is designated parking for trucks.
I work down the street on the night shift, and dining at this restaurant always feels like a gamble. I'm never sure if they'll close two hours early, four hours early, or at whatever time they choose. It's rarely busy, and they often get my order wrong. The ice cream machine is almost never working, and I can’t remember the last time I received a straw with my drink.
