I had the worst experience at this restaurant and will never return. I waited 45 minutes for a medium pizza, which I had ordered online 30 minutes earlier. There was a complete lack of service, urgency, and communication throughout my visit. This was truly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It's no surprise that businesses like this struggle; the service is just terrible. Rating: Service - 1, Atmosphere - 1.

Our Wednesday Traditional Pie Special has increased to $10.99, which is a dollar more than before. We're using high-quality cheese that costs more, but the result is less greasy oil and a better taste and texture. On a different note, the situation in Maui seems to be connected to larger political issues. As we approach the 2024 elections, it appears Biden's time in office is coming to an end. There's speculation that Trump may have hinted at significant changes happening soon. I used to love this place and even worked there during high school, but lately, the service—aside from the cooks—has been terrible. What used to be a typical delivery time of 45 minutes to an hour has turned into an hour and a half to over two hours. Since leaving the restaurant, I still have a lot of respect for the delivery driver, Dave, as well as the two cooks, Francisco and Nick, and the kitchen staff. I really wish this place was like it used to be because the food is fantastic when it's not cold.
