Chipotle Mexican Grill - Vernon Hills

I've had several unfortunate experiences at this location. Tonight, my burrito arrived cold and with noticeably fewer fillings than usual. This is the second time I've encountered a similar problem, and it has only occurred when I've ordered delivery. I will include a photo of the unappetizing guacamole they sent; it was hard and inedible. They mentioned they would refund my order, but they didn’t follow through the last time I had an issue, so I’m not holding my breath. If you choose to order from here, I recommend going in person. I’ve given them a few chances and didn’t want to leave a negative review after just one bad experience, but this marks the third issue I've faced in a short period.

Remember 5+ years ago you were unable to finish the burrito most of the time because it was so big? That is no longer the case, coming by to order 2 burritos after years of Chipotle MIA. They were 20-30% smaller, before they were plump all around, now the tortilla folds over with no shape anymore. My burrito looked like a tear drop, thin at the top. Should’ve took a picture but definitely not what it used to be. It’s no secret anymore

The food at Chipotle is decent, but at the Vernon Hills location, I noticed some hygiene issues. They were sweeping the floor behind the food station, kicking up dust, while the station was uncovered and customers were in line to order. Shouldn’t cleaning be done when the restaurant is closed? Customers shouldn’t have to wait, and the food should be covered. Additionally, the music at this location is so loud that it’s hard to think. Chipotle is generally fine, but I wouldn't recommend this particular location.
