Firehouse Subs - Vernon Hills

Our first time in a Firehouse Subs. We will definitely come back. Excellent service and good food. I've never seen a place with over 60 hot sauces. They arrange them by heat index 1 to 10.

Best sub place around! Love them in general, but used them for catering a party last weekend and it was phenomenal! They delivered it right to us, and everyone commented on how yummy it was. Highly recommend!

May need to be on a 12-step program for Firehouse Subs. Here almost weekly. Turkey Bacon Ranch (minus onion and mayo) is my go to. Their Reward Program is fairly generous. I love the fact their soda machine give you any option you can think vs here are your 5 options. Thank you for this. If you have a sweet tooth, there chocolate chip cookies are delicious.

These are the best subs since sliced bread the place was very clean, the workers are nice and pleasant when you walk through the door you are greet you with, Welcome to Firehouse, the toasted bread makes the sub so enjoyable, it's not hard at all, it seem like you get more meat then bread. Now that's a plus all the way around.

We have visited firehouse subs about 5 times since it opened. We usually get our order to go, and we have always enjoyed our sandwiches. My wife stopped in to pick up some sandwiches and when she got home, she noticed one was not in the bag. I called, and Dan picked up the phone. I started to explained the situation, he knew the sandwich order, and before I finished Dan was asking if he could start another sandwich for us and deliver it. I was just hoping for them to mail us a coupon for a free sandwich, but Dan went above and beyond without needing me to request him to do so. I told him a delivery was not needed, but he said he would be happy to do it because he wanted to make it right. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but when a place has good food AND goes above and beyond make it right, what more could you ask for? Not only did Dan deliver the sandwich quickly, but also gave me a coupon as well. We appreciate the food and the customer service!
