Nirvana Wine Grillerie - Vernon Hills

Excellent food that I have enjoyed for many years. We used to eat there at least once per week and we catered food for our work get togethers, which were at least monthly. Our family would even eat there on weekends. HOWEVER, the price point is now so high that it is no longer feasible. There are other places to get great food and/or a great salad that doesn't cost $19 $25!!! It's SALAD! Our corporation would love to utilize you for catering again or even go out as a group again for lunch, but that won't happen until you address your outlandish pricing.

The ambience is great and the place is clean. But the food could have been more flavorful . They have a huge collection of wine too. Tacos was good other than for the Avocado purée which simply didn’t work well with the tacos. The main courses we ordered were a little disappointing. The brownie dessert was simply superb. So kind of have a mixed opinion about this place.

It's great to find a vegetarian-friendly restaurant in Vernon Hills! They offer a solid selection of vegetarian options on a diverse menu, complemented by a pleasant ambiance and a welcoming atmosphere. We tried the veggie quesadillas, various starters, and flatbreads, and everything was delicious. I can't wait to visit again!

This small local restaurant has a limited number of tables, so I highly recommend making a reservation. When we visited, there was live music that added to the cozy atmosphere. They also offer a nice selection of wines on the menu. The food, inspired by Italian cuisine, was delicious. We especially enjoyed the charcuterie options as appetizers. The service was attentive and prompt, making for a pleasant experience overall.

Food was not very fresh, super small portions for the price (and not fine). The service took forever. The staff was not welcoming and not attending to our needs. No hello, no goodbye and no smile. The wine I ordered was overpriced but tasted cheap and acidic. Too bad, the atmosphere is warm, but there is nothing more to it. Bad value for money, stay away.
