My family has been shopping at Butcher Boys ever since it was just a small butcher shop in the city. When it moved locations, my grandmother moved with it. I have fond memories of going there as a child to pick up food and meat. As an adult, I have been a loyal customer for 20 years now. The quality of their meat is truly the best in town. They always have a great selection of food at fair prices. If they don't have something, they are willing to try to get it for you. The staff is always exceptional - polite, helpful, and friendly. Whenever there is a line, they efficiently serve everyone. Overall, Butcher Boys is a wonderful business with great staff. I highly recommend it.

I have been shopping at Butcher Boys for a few years now. It is a family-run establishment, which is evident in the wonderful service provided. The staff is attentive and willing to help customers find what they need. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products offered at the butcher shop, and have come to appreciate it. They have special items, delicious homemade sausages like chorizo, Boerewors, and the soon-to-be-world-famous Big Kahuna and breakfast sausages. They also offer locally sourced meats and provide advice on slices and preps that have improved my cooking skills (thanks Adam and Chris). The deli offers a wide selection of cheeses and the warm meals are a nice change from fast food. The breakfast burrito is perfect for an early summer morning. The bakery in the shop makes their own Alpenbrot, which is my favorite. The fruits and sweets are always fresh. I also appreciate that they sell Dutchman milk. The Butcher Boys coworkers have shown great generosity in supporting the North Okanagan Hospice Society over the years with events like the annual July BBQ parking fundraiser. The staff at Butcher Boys are always friendly and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. They have been here for years and know their customers by name, making this place feel different from big box stores. Awesome store, full service and a butcher shop. Meat from the bigbox stores is processed outside of the okanagan. And a vary good selection of vegetables and other necessities
