Extreme Pita - Vernon BC

I love the Extreme Pita chain to the point where I can't understand why anyone would go to Subway et al. The Vernon location is very bright and clean and attractive, and the "fixins" are extremely fresh and served in ample portions. The problem is the staff. I've been there twice and both times the ladies behind the counter are semi-arguing about some pointless thing or another. The last time I was there it was a heated discussion about something to do with lettuce! Who the heck argues about lettuce? Come on, people, learn to get along and serve the customer! The result of this distracted service is that the product is just thrown together. In my last visit I had a regular gyro and she wrapped it with all the meat at one end and all the veg on the other. I literally had to unwrap it and redistribute the ingredients! That's not my job, it's yours, ladies. So wake up and smell the loss of business!

Fast , fresh, delicious. Service was friendly and fast, restaurant was clean and the gals working were efficient. I will go back. The small Philly cheesesteak was more than enough for me and Beverly filling.

This is my first review. I have been coming here for about a yr. I usually get the chx souvlaki as a salad with half dressing and extra feta+olives. I have never been disappointed. It's always the same girl, I don't know her name but she rocks. I highly recommend this joint to EVERYONE.

I was at this restaurant over the weekend and had a great experience. The pitas are incredibly delicious, especially the Philly cheesesteak one, which is one of my favorites. They are reasonably priced and come in two sizes - snack size and full meal size.

Probably the healthiest quick lunch in town. Tried the new entree Chicken Schwarma, and it was perfect. Dr. Mirkin would approve! Everything perfectly fresh and tasty, served up lightning quick. Nice clean premises, and the staff extremely friendly.
