Opa! Of Greece Village Green Mall

They didn’t have hardly any of the food that I asked for. Honestly should have canceled my order. The couple that came before me got their food after me. I’m sure it was probably an off day. They only had one employee working so the poor person was doing the food and till. She was fantastic but management should be more on top of it.

Wow. When you mess up and order the proper reply to the customer is O sorry let me fix that for you, not argue with the customer then take 5 minutes to discuss with your co-workers not saying anything to the customer. Then glare at the customer while they sit down to eat.Maybe some customer service training would help in this location.

This was my first time going to the opa in vernon and it was the worst place ever. The staff there was so mean cuz I ask for my food to be hot and they just said that its hot and I don't know what hot and cold is. So I just left and I was so mad. Also the persons name who didn't help me was vipul.

Great food I loved it so much I eat here every meal I love it so much bro
