Tita's Italian Bistro - Vernon

Tita's Italian Bistro experience is one that makes you want to return over and over. It is like sitting at the dining room table of your friends. The food is unbelievably delicious, one of kind, homemade everything....what can I say???? The menu items are original and simple, just like true Italian food is suppose to be. Flavours are outstanding. Decor is homey and very clean and tidy. Service is superior. Great for the family. Reservations are accepting for parties of 6 or more. Parking is limited. This is a must go!

Just of the main road in Vernon you can find Tita's bistro (own parking). The menu shows a great variety of Italian food. We tasted spaghetti salsiccia, home rolled gnocchis and fettuccine Alfredo, all quite tasty. They also offer half portions as well as wine by the glass (good regional selection) in different sizes and 1/2 l. Last order well before 9 pm. Service a bit family style and friendly. All in all worth going, they don't seem to take reservations so go early ( max. 10 tables).

We chose this restaurant after reading Trip Advisor reviews. We are in town on vacation and also celebrating our son's 21 birthday. Italian was his cuisine of choice. It was a bit of a wait, but so worth it! Service was fast and friendly. The food was so delicious... from the foccacia bread with oil and vingar for dipping, to the salads, bruschetta and mains! We enjoyed the fact that half orders could be ordered. Thus enabling patrons to try a greater number of items and accomodating those with smaller appetites. We couldn't resist the desserts even though we were "stuffed". Tangerine sorbet, chocolate almond gelato and Tiramisu, OMG all amazing! It was abvious to see this restaurant is a favourite with locals by the number of people who seemed to be well known by the staff. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for great Italian food in a cosy, home-style setting. What a pleasant experience! We will for sure be back when we are back in town.

Fantastic food. Great service. My wife, son and myself ate here tonight on our way through Vernon. As we watched the other orders come out, we kept changing our minds. Absolutely everything looked amazing! The wait staff were super friendly and professional. I haven't had a meal out in a long time. This family run business deserves your support! We'll definitely return.
