Ay Jalisco - Vero Beach

We've been visiting this restaurant since it opened in this location. We usually come on Sundays with a group after our morning bike rides. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is quick, attentive, and precise. Plus, the restaurant is clean and cozy. My personal favorite dish is the Ay Jalisco Pollo, but most of our group tends to order from the early bird menu, which offers great value.

I ordered the parrillada fajitas to share, and it was more than enough food for two people. The meats were incredibly tender, flavorful, and juicy. The bean dip, chips, and guacamole were also enjoyable. I loved the charming tiles and the hanging stained glass lamps in the restaurant. The staff was attentive and helpful. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for a cozy dinner!

I went for dinner and really enjoyed the margaritas. The salsa that came with the chips was unique, but tasty. We ordered the chicken chimichanga and a veggie burrito, both of which were good and served with beans and rice. The use of feta cheese in the veggie burrito was a bit unusual for my taste, and I didn't really like the combination, even though I'm a fan of feta. Overall, the service was excellent.

Great food, good lunch specials. Love the little train that travels along the ceiling wouldn't have noticed if my son didn't point it out). We always get Fajitas for 2 and there's always enough for the kids AND some to take home excellent value). Aslight mistake was made to our order by the kitchen staff, but the server quickly acknowledged and corrected it...A+ to her! Welove all the Ay Jalisco locations- always consistent service and quality.

My place, if I want Mexican, their enchiladas are very good, margaritas and cold beer, yum! portions are large and the warm, crispy chips are free. vero and sebastian standorte are convenient for me.
