If one were to create a restaurant from scratch, combining fresh ingredients, understated innovation, high quality and fair value, here is a good place as a reference standard. Service also is above average... chef owners ensure strangers and locals are treated warmly.......the wine list is way above its grade in quality and, more surprisingly, small and fairly priced...we have been coming for two years and have only seen the experience enhanced with each visit. From the first dinner, a few fine specials, one is surprised and curious with the strip-mall location and signage, but that only frames the dining experience inside. Locals and snowbird rejoice.... a James Beard-quality restaurant at top value.

This is a neat hidden gem located in a strip mall, a funky atmosphere inventive dishes. The Pan seared Baramundi is awesome ,the owners wine suggestions always right on.

Got in on a cancelation sitting at the chefs table. Very interesting watch all the food coming together. Great waiter along with delicious meals.

We are staying in Vero Beach for an extended period this winter. When sitting at the Ocean Grill bar we were told to try Fire Wine. It is off the beaten path in a small strip mall in Vero Beach. Nothing fancy ?‍ . We were seated at the chefs counter. To watch theses chefs preparing the nights food was amazing. The waiter spelled out all this nights specials. Very enjoyable evening.

How many times do your friends say 'you have to try this little place for dinner. It 's awesome '? Then you go and you 're disappointed. Well, that 's not the case with Fire and Wine. This place is the real deal, with an owner who gets it with customers. Excellent food, fun atmosphere, great service and great wine selection. You simply must try it, I highly recommend!
