Bidra med feedbackExcellent Pho! As someone from California who loves Pho and enjoys exploring new Pho restaurants, I was thrilled to discover Nhu-Y based on a friend's recommendation. It was a delightful surprise in Binghamton! The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive. When we visit family in Binghamton again, we will definitely return.
