Dunkin' - Vestavia Hills

Go here often, but the new manager is genuinely awful to watch. Constantly understaffed, mostly kids running around trying to manage these horrible rushes. The staff is nice but it's clearly too much for them, and the manager is constantly down their necks. Saw one young man, must be high school age, working 6am with his arm in a sling. Heard another one just stormed off in the middle of the day. It's a bit slow and lines can be quite long, especially the drive-thru, but can't really blame them! They're running on fumes here!

Girlfriend got food poisoning from here never coming here ever careless worker’s negative stars if i could.

Grabbed a coffee and a couple Boston cream doughnuts this morning. The doughnuts were cold and had been refrigerated. They were dry and nasty and at least a day old. Someone needs to tell these people that refrigerating old doughnuts does not make them palatable.

I get being busy and understaffed. But they will for sure let you know, make you feel like an inconvenience, and speak to you in a condescending way. When they aren't busy, they are nice though.

Coffee muffin was not warmed and I asked for extra sausage and there was none
