Bidra med feedbackI typically enjoy dining at Zoe's, but my recent experience was disappointing. I placed an online order for pickup and requested no caramelized onions, however, my order was filled with extra onions and the chicken was very dry. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone seemed rushed and quickly offered to refund my order before hanging up. I don't think I will be returning to that location in the future.
I ordered the chicken orzo soup, but there was no chicken in it, which is unusual. It seems like they are now serving the soup without any meat.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. They close early on weekends, despite their posted hours, and continue to accept online orders without disabling their system. After placing an online order, I drove thirty minutes round trip only to arrive and find that they had no food prepared for me. There was no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. When I called to inquire, the manager seemed shocked when I suggested my meal should be complimentary (at the very least, offer a free cookie for the inconvenience). I have been a loyal customer of Zoe's for years, but this particular location has completely turned me off. I will never patronize this brand again.
Great food and service! The gentleman who was running the front and kitchen was killing it. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had at Zoe’s!
Terrible customer service. Employees are not attentive whatsoever. You'll get bare minimum service at best here. Go next door to taco mama or Panera instead. The service at this Zoes has no place when competing in this area. Don't support them.
