Chalet Royal - Veysonnaz

We paid sfr for overnight at a discount (buyclub) and not even worth it: the location is excellent, directly opposite the lifts. the personal was friendly, the spa was quite good, we were suggested to do in the...her restaurant so, but at the arrival we waited minutes for someone to tell us that they were busy and had no time to clean tables. so we went. so can comment in the food, but the experience was not nice. to finish it, there was a club near and we couldn't sleep due to the vibrations. a big, cool escape.

Even if we have reserved ourselves and we sleep in the hotel, we waited minutes to get the starters and who knows how long more for the main dish. that is completely unacceptable, no matter what the quality of food is, what is totally average. Pls... Avoid it when they can, I don't leave the place just because my children don't flee me.

Great service, was full and they did their best to accredit and it was wonderful that they are not in a hurry, will definately back!

Great food, nice Swiss wines and friendly staff in the middle of the Alps...what else do you need for a great ski trip?

To all travelling to Switzerland... A little piece of advise. Do not miss a stay at chalet royal, Veysonnaz. Right from the get go it is just a beautiful town and the hotel is gorgeous with the most friendly staff who are ready and waiting...to be of any help. The management Raphael and Christos are the best hosts in the world. Definitely make you feel like home away from home. The food is delicious. Order anything and you will not be disappointed. My husband and I had an absolutely brilliant stay there. Thank you to everybody.
