L'escale - Vichy

Just passing on vichy and the discovery of the stopover during a lunch. a bath of tenderness to fall. and the charm of the patron who will certainly leave you indifferent!!!! an excellent address but regret not to have stayed longer to taste other dishes. Whatever.

Very friendly welcome of our arrival, meals served quickly, good value price, hot goat salad to the top and that of very copyy gizzards, in dish the tender alloyau dip but a sauce would have been welcome, damage. we'll be back with pleasure.

Excellent reception and very good home cooking; the mussels with the auvergne blue sauce are a treat. service is smiling and very effective. The restaurant is open on Sunday. sanitary rules are well applied.

Generous servings but kitchen too simple and unwarmly frame. If you are looking for a simple meal, the stopover will do the job, if you are looking for a more elaborate kitchen, look elsewhere.
