Mcalister's Deli - Vicksburg

I enjoyed being here at McAlister's Deli. The restaurant was busy, but not loud. The service was fast. I chose the half plate, Caesar

I come here often when I'm working out of town. The food is prepared neatly and always tast good.

My Black Angus baked potato was delicious. It was a generous serving for a reasonable price.

The food is delicious, and it comes out pretty quickly. The staff is hit and miss. Sometimes they are the nicest, friendliest people. Sometimes you can tell they have no desire to be there. The restaurant is always clean, and I like that they have some outdoor seating, especially since it's in the shade.

We dined here on a busy Sunday evening with a group of eight, and I must say, they managed to get our entire order correct. The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the King Club, which is larger than the McAllister Club and only a bit more expensive. It was fantastic. We also sampled the Southwest Chicken and Avocado Salad, which was very tasty, and the roasted corn on it was simply beautiful. The chicken soup was good, but it could have had a bit more variety—perhaps some corn, tomatoes, or greens. Nonetheless, it had a nice flavor. There were plenty of great options for kids, and you can even order a side of fruit with their meals, like the child's split and child’s pizza. Overall, the meal for eight people was quite reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this place!
